Mr. Powell, Mr. & Mrs. Foy and Brig. Condon, are the Founders of the school.

The first school began at Jabarkhet along the Tehri road, with only 20 children.

The Governing Society based on the Protestant Christian principles were started in the year 1916; with the aim to serve children wholly or partly of European descends.

In 1926, the Henry Allen Memorial School was built in the adjacent hill, to form the Senior School for class 7 and upward.

The school became a co-educational institution in the year 1963.

Classes are conducted from the 1st standard to the 12th Standard.

The School follows the ICSE and ISC curriculum for classes 10 and 12 respectively.

To acknowledge the efforts of the young achievers, the school conducts the Annual Prize Distribution day.

Special events like Fancy Fair, Grant of Scholarship, Open House Day etc. are organized every year.

Debates, plays and workshops in English and Hindi are organized and conducted by students at various levels.

Outdoor sports like hockey, cricket and basketball are encouraged amongst the students, who also participate in tournaments of different levels.
